Kari & Cory's E-Shoot

I was hoping that we wouldn't have to reschedule Kari & Cory's engagement session, because the forcast did look a little rainy. Ah....but again my weather luck prevailed. It rained on the way to the shoot, and then let up when I got there. I just love shooting with dark clouds in the sky and that awesome soft light that a cloudy day provides. Cory is an aircraft mechanic and also a pilot, so we headed off to Springbank airport for an "aviation" background and to shoot with his plane.

This is Cory's plane that they got engaged in.

I found this little spot close to the old farmhouse which was converted into a B&B. I liked how the trees felt like a tunnel of green.

Looking forward to your wedding in October!

Sara & Ryan's E-Shoot

Sara and Ryan's awesome engagement shoot was back on Aug. 22nd. I guess that shows how much I'm behind! I'm so sorry everyone for getting a bit behind in blog posting, but trust me, I'm working hard and there are so many great images from lots of very cool shoots!!

Sara and Ryan were super fun to work with. They have a great connection, and could totally turn on the romance and make each other laugh!! Here are some of my favorites:

Looking forward to your wedding in February!!

Emily & Tyler's Wedding

Emily and Tyler had a Sunday wedding which was great because there were no other weddings in sight on Stephen Ave!! It's so fun to go to great locations and not have to worry about there being 5 other wedding parties.

A few things I learned about Emily and Tyler on their wedding day are:

1.Emily is very artistic AND organized which is a rare and wonderful combination when planning a wedding. Her talents definitely came out in the amazing reception decor which you'll see below.

2.Their families are very special people who care very deeply about them.

Here is a little story of their day:

I like Tyler's awestruck expression here....priceless.

A new family!

A little bit of "Blue Steel"....a tribute to Zoolander.

One of Emily's favorite stores:

Playing with some photoshop effects. I like the vintage feel to it.

All tuckered out.

Congratulations! All the best in your new lives together.
