Will

I was delighted to photograph Will Janzen and his parents a week ago. I shot Andrea and Steve's wedding in 2004, and it's always great when clients return for other special times in their lives! Will did amazing in the shoot. I usually expect the little ones to be rather squirmy or scared of the lights, but Will was a natural 4 month old model :)

Album Design

Just two more weddings for 2007 to go and what an amazing season it has been.

Well, it is definitely album design time of year!! I thought I'd share a digital collage book that I put together for Andrea and Rene. I just started doing these flush mount collage books this year and they have definitely been taking over the traditional matted books that I also do. Each of these pages are 2 page spreads with the gutter of the book going right down the middle.

On Saturday I hung out with Vanessa and Ben for their engagement session. I gave another new location a try...going for that rustic feel.

Tanya & Mike's Wedding

Tanya and Mike's Wedding was my last wedding in 6 months of Saturday weddings in a row! They had a great fall day....the sun was shining, the leaves were still falling, and for mid Oct, it was pretty warm!! Tanya and Mike were great at being romantic in front of the camera.

I don't often show the Wellington collage designs and composite prints that I do, so here is a little taste of what they are about:

Tammy & Mike's E-Shoot

After Jenna and Panos' session last Sunday, I took off to meet Tammy and Mike at Big Hill Springs for their session. The light was just perfect, and I was pumped. I love Big Hill Springs because it feels like you're in the mountains.....but without the mountains. The park was very busy on such a beautiful day, but it's a huge place and we found some great spots. Here are a few of my favorites:
