This e-session was simply THE BEST! From the epic storm clouds to the non-toxic, washable paint fight, this shoot was just so much fun! I absolutely love it when couples will joke around and have loads of fun in fron of the camera!! This might just be the longest post I've ever done for an enagement session but really what could I have left out.

Ray is an avid climber and I think Nikki worries about him sometimes!!

Jenny and Rob's E-Session- Calgary Engagement Photography

A few days ago when I headed out with Jenny and Rob for their engagement session, the sky had been threatening rain all day. It hadn't rained yet but talk about timing that the minute I arrived at our shooting location, it's started pouring! Thankfully there was an awesome covered spot with gorgeous soft light where we shot in until the rain stopped. I just love finding little nooks and crannies to shoot in and new spots are fun too!

These two are a super awesome couple and I'm so happy for them and their upcoming nuptials in Newfoundland!

The Colour Yellow- Calgary Wedding and Engagement Photographer

I used to LOVE the colour yellow. So much so that I had yellow flowers for my own wedding 12 years ago. And then I decided that hated the colour for no particular reason. I'm not sure why really, but I guess for a while yellow just wasn't "cool". Slowly but surely though, it crept its way back into my heart to be one of my favourite colours again! I love seeing yellow themed weddings because the colour yellow is actually quite uncommon! Here is a little inspiration which may show you how you can use the colour yellow for your wedding or engagement session.
