Kaleigh and Kevin's E-Session- Calgary Engagement Photographer
I absolutely love engagement sessions because it's just the 3 of us with no time constraints to create some great images! I met up with Kaleigh and Kevin at the Calgary Zoo for their session and I have to say that you would never know the Zoo was flooded last year! The gardens look phenomenal!!! Kaleigh and Kevin are super easy-going and smile easily which made my job a breeze. I can't wait for their wedding coming up in August :) Enjoy the sneak peek!

Neighbour Day Block Party- Calgary Event Photography
One year after our crazy flood, Mayor Nenshi declaired we should have a celebration to get to know our neighbours and thank the ones who were flood heros, volunteering their time to help friends and strangers. Neighbour Day celebrations happened all over the city but I had the honour of photographing the block party that took place in Bridgeland. It was a really great event which I'll talk more about as I show you some of the highlights.
Brookfield Residential Properties went door to door giving out hanging baskets to the residents on McDougall Street which was hit hard by the flood. Such a nice gesture!
A mural was started by Studio C for everyone to contribute painting on. You'll see the progress of the mural through this post and the final product at the end.
Peggy, president of the Bridgeland Community Association meeting some of the people:
This kid is quite the chalk artist!!!
This Bernese Mountain Dog got a Brookfield t-shirt too!
Jocelyn and Lisa were amazing!!!
Giselle from Brookfield and Councillor Gian-Carlo Carra
