Airdrie Yoga and Belly Dancing!

Joan is one of the amazing instructors at Airdrie Yoga Studio, and I'd worked with her before when she was featured in AirdrieLIFE magazing a while back. I was excited to photograph her again, and this time with her belly dancing costume as well. Check out the studio:

Rebecca & Michael's E-Session- Calgary Engagement Photography

Rebecca and Michael's wedding is coming up this weekend, so we quickly squeaked in their engagement session before their big day. These two were awesome at the romance. I would just say the word cuddle, and I could see an instant connection between them.

Darrin & Chrissy's Wedding- Calgary Wedding Photography

Darrin and Chrissy are both very calm and collected people and it made their wedding day stress-free! It was supposed to be a super hot day, but the clouds rolled in which made the day quite bearable. Here are a few highlights:

I stuck my camera right into a flower basket for this one. LOL. I'm sure the bystanders thought I was a little crazy, but hey, it was worth it!! I think it's my favorite from the day.

The boys got a brilliant idea of spraying Darrin with sparkling water. It was great!

I was incredibly impressed with the staff at the Sheraton Eau Claire. I have seen A LOT of weddings in my carreer, and this was the best service I've ever seen! I love how they had a "director" who clued the servers to put the plates down all at once. And the hors d'oeuvres.....oh yum, yum, yum.

Diane & Coulter's Wedding- Calgary Wedding Photography

I know most brides don't really like rain on their wedding day, but you just can't beat the soft light a rainy day produces. It rained for almost the entire photo session of Diane and Coulter's wedding, and was sunny for the rest.

These two were so fun! And as you can tell from the photos, things got a little crazy. Enjoy!

I often tell couples to do a little dance. This was just too cute. Yup, still raining.

Arvid likes to make Lisa laugh...a lot. It was so fun to see these two being playful with each other and just enjoying being together! And don't forget, they could also work their "Canada's Top Model" moves. :)

Jason & Bonnie's Wedding- Calgary Wedding Photography

Another beautiful day for another amazing couple in love!! Jason and Bonnie tied the knot on a Friday at Valley Ridge Golf Course. A few tears were shed and many laughs were had and I'm sure Jason and Bonnie will remember this day fondly forever.

Amy & Rob's E-Session- Calgary Engagement Photography

Amy and Rob had a beautiful day for their engagement session and they worked it on Stephen Ave. Stephen Ave was super busy on that Sunday afternoon, but they did really well with tuning out the noise and working the romance. Here are a few of my favs:

After marriage advice on communication and honesty, Amy and Rob were getting some "posing and styling" advice from a passerby in the alley. LOL.

Tatiana & Jason's Wedding- Calgary Wedding Photography

Tatiana and Jason had a small intimate ceremony on a Thursday evening, and Tatiana was smiling from ear to ear all night! It was so neat to watch both of their excited faces as they tied the knot. That evening was super windy, but no one blew away and they were still able to have an outdoor ceremony :)

Natasha & Matt's E-Session- Calgary Engagement Photography

Storm clouds were rolling in, so we be bumped our shoot time up a little earlier for Natasha and Matt's engagement session. This was a new location for me and I just LOVED all of the cool spots we found. These two were working it even with the traffic driving by and gawking pedestrians. They were so much fun to shoot!
